I am local to the area, but wondering why don't do it yourself? You can hire the equipment for not a massive figure per day, source the top dressings / over seed it? Whilst it may not be your idea of fun but it would definitely give you a few days work if its a large area?
Just a thought, inbox me if you want some details for hire or top dressings?

Hi James....thanks for your input, but tbh I probably wouldn't have the time to fit it in, I can only spare them a half a Sat every fortnight as it is, and don't want to use up anymore weekends as I'm flat out the rest of the time ! Plus they may well want it fertilized come the spring and I have no spraying ticket as yet, really best that someone already up and running with lawns does it hence my request...anyway I hope the extra detail explains my request...
