Have a look here - http://www.interparcel.com/pallet/
I used interparcel a LOT in a previous job and they deal with all major couriers and pallet networks. I sent packages domestically and internationally and the only couriers I ever had an issue with was Yodel who failed to collect repeatedly - moved the collection to DHL, package picked up same day....
It must be noted though that most pallet carriers don't like 'non standard' pallets (ie odd sizes of which there are many), as these can cause havoc with forklifts and pump trucks.
Generally speaking a pallet from anywhere to anywhere seems to start at circa £50 plus VAT.
A quick run through Interparcel with the following info (as a sample), Collection postcode - BS27 3AA, Delivery Postcode S3 8LN, Pallet to be supplied by customer (client to pack), Medium sized pallet (Medium Pallets
Maximum height: 90cm Maximum width: 100cm Maximum length: 120cm
The maximum weight for each pallet is 450kg), tail lift truck required both ends, to be collected Monday - £50.90 plus VAT upwards depending on service required.
If courier to supply pallet add £7 to above.
Hope this helps.
Place the collection on Shiply web site
