You've a great starting point Alistair, you know how long it takes to treat a lawn (A)of 100sq m.so it's A x 9 + materials + profit. It will work out cheaper pro rata because you will have less travelling.
got a price a couple of years back off Green Thumb for 3500m2 the price was £300 they did not get the job because he could not use the type of fert required i.e. slow release so as not to have a flush of growth he had to use what the franchiser supplied he even suggested putting it down at half rate (I said will it be half price) he did not get the job
another co got the job about £20 cheaper and supposedly sprayed the lawn by the time I had my cupper (could not believe it) got him back after three weeks as non of the weeds were dying off he had to re spray and I stood and watched him
we now do it in house at half the cost
