I would look at the toro turf master, bag, mulch and side discharge.
If you are collecting then the toro timemaster / turfmaster won't be that much quicker than a fast 21" machine, as the bag collection/emptying is the limiting factor. However, if mulching, then you'll save a lot of time. Neither are a stand-on machine, the turfmaster is the pro-version. We have this and are very happy with it.
It would be mainly for collecting, but they like the grass very short, and mowed weekly, could always get the toro sped up a little if needed, I didn't realise they did a pro version, how are they at collocting wet grass? Is it manageable? Thanks
Getting one of those Toro mowers is very tempting. But I hate mowing and rather not do more! Ha ha
