Landscaper required for various projects in North Hertfordshire

I design gardens and collaborate with contractors to deliver projects. Again, I have been let down by a Landscaper who is constantly making excuses and not showing up on project days. Currently a 3 - 4 week project is in its 12 week because of the absence of the landscaper.
