Landscaper Pay Rates

Hi folks

Could do with some advice.

Traditionally, we have been a stockist and supplier of artificial turf and have sold our product directly to landscapers based on their requirements. We also receive domestic or commercial enquiries and subcontract these projects out to approved landscapers we know well. However, we are now looking to recruit our own supply & fit teams, starting off in Perthshire, which is where we are based but I need advice on pay rates and also wondered whether the majority of people prefer the flexibility of a self employed contract or salaried permanent employment. Any ideas?

    Hi. Matt.

    We have used your product on a few jobs recently, even been to your HQ to collect. We asked about become installers sometime before probably may June time but never heard back regarding this? We have been dealing with Morris. If your still thinking of going this route please give us a shout as we be good to discuss.
