We have just started to send out renewal notifications for Premium Practitioner and Premium Supplier memberships.

If you have not received your renewal invoice then please watch out for it in the next week or two.

Members already on recurring payments, don't worry, your payments will continue as per the direct debit you set up on GoCardless.

Make it easier with direct debit

I'd like to make it easier and more efficient by signing all Premium members up on a debit debit mandate. This will make it easier for you as it means you don't have to worry about manually paying your invoice, everything is taken care of and you will receive an invoice after every scheduled payment.

One month to respond

Please note you have one month from the renewal invoice date with which to respond/pay. If we don't hear back it will be assumed that you do not wish to renew. After one month your membership will be switched back to default and your profile will be locked.

Only Premium members are permitted at overtly publicise products and/or services and add links to content on LJN. Content will be removed if it breaches LJN's T&C's - see HERE for details.

The forum, and especially the Saturday newsletter, remain freely available to all members.

Why join up as a Premium member?

We get many questions asking what the benefits of being a Premium member are.

Firstly, and most obvious, is that all Premium profiles are open up to view by anyone visiting the site. Over 89,000 people have visited LJN in the last 30 days. Having an open profile gives anyone the opportunity to click through and research information on you and your business.

Of course, you will also be helping Landscape Juice to support practitioners and SME's right across the industry. LJN is the only organisation doing this.

Why renew your Premium membership?

...and of course don't rule out the possibility of needing LJN's collective spirit and knowledge going forward.

Where does my money go?

LJN needs to be paid for. There's hosting, software costs, business costs such as accounting advice etc. Not to mention some wages:)

Also I and other LJN members attended a meeting in Westminster recently. There is a cost associated with this but any future benefits that may come from that meeting (and the work is ongoing) will be for everyone in the landscape industry.

Developing the Landscape Engine

Over the last 9 months we have developed phase one of the Landscape Engine. It is, by far, the largest and most expensive investment we've ever made in LJN's future. It's been the most taxing and time consuming too...with many sleepless nights and great deal of added stress.

All of the money received from Premium memberships, plus a little more, has been used to build the back-end of the system. Future receipts will be invested to improve, enhance and extend the Landscape Engine's reach and its capabilities.

With this in mind we need YOU to continue to support LJN's efforts...so we can continue to support YOU.
