3. Do you have the originals.
4. Write to the contractor and the awarding body ( who was it, what was the award etc. ) demand that the web site be amended.
Take a screen shot of the Facebook page to prove your authorship of the design etc.
a shame as the contractor must now live up to the award and probably can't replicate the design quality in the future.
Have had no contact from the awards organiser who class themselves as a governing body which is concerning. I do have the original drawings and screen shot of the Facebook page that I'm credited as the designer in. It may still be a simple admin error but one that the contractor is willing to amend as it makes him look good in the short term (as well as help to ruin his credibility longer term).
