have you tried snype nosed plyers or bend a wire into a hooked shape to pull it out i persume it is this that you mean https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/322781396752
the other end might need a new nut & bolt or try a spring washer on it
Yes, that's what's wedged in there. It turns out those bushes are for all kombi shafts... Apart from the extension!
I've resigned myself to hacking it out with a keyhole saw as pliers etc as arent working.
The other end, it's the metal attached to the rod that twists, not the removable collar.
If you don't mind destroying the sleeve, you could use say a 6mm twist drill to punch holes into it, to allow easier removal
Is that so? That's why I've come to have one wedged in there too! I'm going to use a hot air gun to soften the plastic to then try and hook it out.
I should add, I bought half a dozen sleeves and they have worked on whatever I've fitted them into, except, the Kombi extension shaft. This begs the question. What do you use in the shaft? Maybe the ones I bought are not genuine Stihl parts?
