Don't let the breakdowns get to you!!
Just had a blown head gasket and piston ring go on big mower. Just as the grass is coming back into growth!!
No spares for a month so had to buy new machine to finish season. Will fix broken one over winter.
sounds like the nozzles are blocked up if you can remove them try the washer without them and see if the water gets through ok if so try and clean the nozzles with a pin if it will fit
It works fine with the lance, just that it takes so much longer than with the cleaning disk.
I will take it apart again tomorrow and have another look. Was getting dark too quickly.
@ Richard, That is bad news, At least now you have a backup mower for the future. That reminds me, I need to call the guys repairing my lawn mower for the last 3/4 weeks, as you say, the season is starting again and I would like my self propelled back.
New one is better though Diesel engine which is better for the hydros than the petrol one.
As for your washer it may just be blocked up as David said. The hiccuping is a flow problem somewhere.
The machine is OK and works just fine with the lance. It stops working when I attach the round cleaning disk at the end of the lance.
I will take the disk apart over the weekend and hope to resolve the issue.
