Just how big is the US Lawn Care Market..? See Scott's Miracle Gro Q2 results

Scotts Lawn Service (part of the Scott's MiracleGro group - recently merged and rebranded US Lawncare giant)  just released it Q2's figures, stating a 12% fall in revenue due to, mainly, a late starting springs...but get this : 

It's Q2 revenue was still $28.9million, down from $32million for same period last year.

And to show how big this market is (and remember it is only 1 of the Franchised Lawn Care operations in the US), last years revenue was $1.2billion!!!!.....Gulp

And that is just for Lawn Care.....
