I'm still using the older system (I'm told it is no longer supported) as its on my website.Though I use it on facebook, (not many folks have used the link from facebook)
I have been toying with the idea of switching over, though would prefer to be able to have it on the website (one less step for people to contact you) rather than a link. Though like the fact it gathers their address to.
I have found that people that 'leave a message' are more inclined to take you on, most folks that fill it in without giving extra information are just looking for quick help, who ever comes first type of thing and often don't buy.
Hi Robbie, I agree that it is good that the system gets automatically populated but as you say, some of those people are "first to respond, I'll go with them" types. So then after you have called them, left a message, they've called you back after a day or so. You speak to them and for whatever reason don't end up quoting. You then have to delete them or leave them on the system.
