I'm 80% there in my task to move to Jobber for running the scheduling, invoicing etc. for my business. I started using it a few weeks ago and am trying to back date all jobs, visits, clients etc to 5th April.I have noticed today that a visit that has been billed and paid for via Jobber wasn't actually on the calendar. As it happens it was in my paper diary and that must be where I took the details for the invoice from. How do I pull up a list of all visits for one specific client so I can cross reference invoices?I tried generating a statement but that only shows amounts billed, paid and balances. It doesn't show visit dates.

Cheers Robbie, I had looked at that but I have 137 entries since April 7th. It would better if you could filter by customer don't you think? Or sort at least into alphabetical order. I know I could export the data and do that in excel but the whole idea of shifting over to jobber is to do stuff without using excel and other third party programs.

Ah, yes that would be handy. Hopefully jobber will pick up on this tomorrow...

  • Hey Darren, sorry for the delay. Its a stat holiday monday here in Canada so I am just catching up on some suff from home today.

I will look more into this. I think we might have an update that is in the works that will upgrade that in our reporting section. I am not quite an expert on the reporting in Jobber just yet but I will figure out the best way for you to do that for you.Because I do agree, the whole point is not have to use Excel.

I will pass your suggestions along. We have some filters but one for customers would be a good idea. Also being able to sort those columns would be good too.

To me, those sounds like very easy things to add, I will try to update you tomorrow with what I hear back from the developers.

OK Landen but enjoy your day off first. I'm sure it can wait a short while longer.

I feature I would like is to be able to download invoices from any given date(s) in one file.

  • Hey Robbie,

You can export a report of Invoices within a given date range. Click the link below, select a date range in the top left and click the download button.

    https://secure.getjobber.com/reports/invoices

It's not the actual full Invoice PDFS, but I think it might serve your purposes.
