Hi - can anyone help?!
I've posted a job vacancy below, but if anyone has any suggestions for a more appropriate job title do shout! Really difficult to know what to call this multi-talented person -- if indeed they exist at all. Again, any thoughts gratefully received! Are my expectations too high?!?? What can I expect to pay this person? Incredibly grateful for any guidance :)
NEEDED URGENTLY - SKILLED GARDENING/LANDSCAPING LABOURER

Hi Angela
I'd removed the word labourer from the title as it tends to conjure up a menial or transient position.
If you're looking for a skilled person then it's best to concentrate on this and attract the best potential to your advert.
Let me know asap and I can edit your Landscape Engine advert too.
Good advice Phil, thank you, I agree. Appreciate your help.
Best wishes
Angela
