Job Done and thank you

We have completed our job 'Up North' and after a couple of issues ie. working around a protected tree and an employee dislocating his shoulder playing football after the first week therefore leaving us a bit short of labour, we finished and only over ran by a week. We've received a glowing recommendation from the school and are of course very happy.

Before we started the job I asked via the forum if any LJN users (or Juicers) could recommend any suppliers as we were working out of our normal area. I therefore need to thank the following who came up trumps. Without you it would have taken longer to source the materials.George Young from Big Dig Groundworks for suggesting John Stephens Plant Hire - Great prices and clean machines.Robin Ainsworth from Gardens4U for suggesting Tony Hamer aggregates - Again great prices and service.Ofer at Plants from Zion for supplying the path edging - Great service, I think I nearly received the goods before I ordered them. Thanks also to Donny Bryan for recommending places to eat. Unfortunately due to very long working days and being completely worn out each evening we were unable to take up the recommendations or meet. Maybe next time.Once again thanks for your help and thanks to Phil for creating the network.Simon

  • The power of LJN, lovely job Simon, hats of to you all involved with the entire project.

Should one person be inspired by what they view or relax within then you fully deserve a pat on the back.
Great location, schools. Early introduction to the garden life can only be a blessing.

    Thanks Kerry

I enjoy working for schools. Its great knowing that youngsters will get an early feel to gardening and the environment. Even if they don't take to it in their early years, it will be there for the future. I also love going back to the schools and seeing the areas we created being used.
