Industrial Contract pricing

Hi,
Just looking for a little guidance from other members on how they would price a large 6 zoned industrial park. its one hrs drive from us although this isn't a problem, The company who asked for us to quote on this site has many other sites as well.

What hourly rate would they charge per man supplied?
Looking at the site it would will require 3 man team for three days.
It will include grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, tree surgery and herbicide applications & litter picking.

    John, only you know your required charge out rates phpm. New members ask this question regularly but we cant give you a rate, every business is run different with varying charge out requirements. Questions of this nature will have your head spinning with the range of different rates offered up.

    If you know effort - its a simple calculation of (effort * rate) + materials

    if you don't know your rate - them quickly work out BEFORE you bid otherwise it will be a loss making contract to which you will be held to at YOUR expense

    It is unlikely to be level effort every month, so you need to work thru each month estimating effort, then price for each month, total up for year and back divide by 12 if level billing needed (which is normal)
