Looks like Euonymus japonicus. You might have truoble finding it- lots of ornamental varieties grown but not the straight species so much.

Euonymous japonicus I think... the stem is definitely a giveaway . Theres a distinctive seration on the leaf too..
Thanks guys, all the ones I have found are only available about a foot tall and as it is not that fast at growing I may have to ask the customer if I could get something that looks similar that is either available larger or is quicker growing.
