Gender is such an ugly word....let's focus on skills 
Is equality - or lack of it - in the landscaping industry more a sign of an outdated culture or is there still tangible discrimination?

Customer surveys or questionnaires. Anyone done them? 
Have you ever sent a questionnaire to clients to find out a little more about your business and what they want? And was it a worthwhile project?

Interest rate rise may signal consumer slow-down in landscaping market 
From the landscape industry's point of view, a shift in consumer spending could start to impact on sales. A garden is often the last to see money lavished on it so I would expect to see a slow-down. Not least in London where house prices have not only slowed but there's evidence of a retreat
