I am throwing this out to the community as I may have an opportunity for a forward thinking person with an interest in Hard and Soft Landscaping Design or Build, or even from a sales background or in estimating, to work alongside in my established business based in south Lanarkshire.

What I am looking for is a hands on Business Partner, Share Holder or may offer a type of Freehold arrangement in terms of a part investment or perhaps a merger of a similar business looking to upscale for a business operating in Landscaping, Garden Design, Landscaping Material Sales, Etc. or someone looking to enter this type of sector that can help with the running and ever growing workload of this Landscaping Design, Build & Sales outlet.

The Business order books are growing every day and with my premises also acting as a public showroom outlet for all aspects of Landscaping the growth potential for the Business is massive and I simply cannot continue to effetely run all aspects of my business (I.e., Grounds Maintenance) and feel that a like minded person to grow and share in the business can fulfil the full potential of this market in this region of Scotland.

I could employ a person to fulfil these requirements, however if someone has an invested interest they will be as motivated as myself to drive the Landscaping side of the business, opposed to a 9-5 employ that goes home when the day is over and is not thinking of the next step up the ladder for the business and also understands the everyday ups and downs of business and that it is not all always easy as we all know!
