A stiga park, they do both 2wd and 4wd, they are great machines with decks up to 125cm wide cut. Or there is the stiga titan, much more of a commercial mower with a deck up to 5ft wide, but they are commercial mower money too.
kubota and john deer do 4x4 profession mowers.
how sloped are the sites ?
I looked into a 4x4 mower but ended up with a gzd21 kubota as we needed to collect and wanted high tip. it does a few banks and if you know what you are doing its ok

you could get a compacted tractor and put a mower under it?
