In the main growing season I do between 12 and 14miles min daily, clocked it regually last year competing with my brother on some longer days it was over 20 plus miles.
As Dave said I do about 12 miles a day according to my phone's pedometer. And my wife says I am a lazy bugger when I don't want to go to the gym in the evening:)
I clocked up 30 miles once on my phone pedometer, but I was on a ride on! I think I normally do around 9 miles grass cutting.
