I just wondered if anyone might know. I've had a couple of major spikes in recent days to my blog, and the visitors have all come from Facebook. Clicking on the links in the referring addresses only takes me, either to a page that warns that you're about to leave Facebook, or to my own page on Facebook, so I don't know who's put up the link.

Is there any way I can find out where the link to my blog is?
Thanks.

    Hi Helen

Do you still have your log-in details to Sitemeter? If you do then we can potentially determine the traffic source from there.

Thank you, Phil. I do indeed still log on to Sitemeter. Sorry to miss the chat last night. I wandered off from the computer, forgot it was on battery and then forgot it was turned on at all as it had shut itself down. I'll message you with the details, if I may.

    Hi Helen

It looks (though I'm not 100% certain) comes from this Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mutation-Watch/330100447017280

Genius. The link is certainly on there. Thank you. Now, how on earth did you work that out?

It was quite simple really...I searched Google "Leaves sprout from strawberry fruit - Malwina's taste for phyllody" :-0))

    See here

I could see the traffic from Facebook in your Sitemeter account but when I clicked onto the source it only took me to the Facebook front page.

Blush! Actually, I had done a search on Google to find it on Facebook but hadn't put the exact title in. Now don't I feel silly!
