We used to do with a groundsman 345 with hollow tines. Will take around 2-3 hrs plus the collection of tines, which will be a shed load, certainly a few tons worth, as we'd top dress with 5T of 70/30 mix after scarifying and hollowing tining, and levels not going higher.
If you've used a 345 before, then go for it, otherwise avoid as it takes a bit of getting used to turning and engaging.
Hire a groundsman 345 with the plough rear guide to channel the cores into a line. 1 person to run the aerator, 1 person to collect the cores with a flat shovel and wheelbarrow. At end pass with a vacuum/low set rotary mower to collect any further risings/debris. Should be able to complete in 4 hours, so 8 man hours, plus any waste disposal costs if any, and hire /collection costs.
