Heuchera Supplier

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a good Heuchera trade supplier?  I am finding it hard to source some of the more unusal varieties from our usual supply chain, and even some of the perennial specialists availability on these are pretty boring :(  There so many gorgeous colours and want to order in three or four colours ambers, lime greens, purples and reds to combine but can only find the usual 'Palace Purple' etc varieties.

 

Any suppliers contacts would be much appreciated.

    Hi i use Welland Vale nurseries in uppingham Leicestershire they have a good selection but they dont grow them they buy them in not sure where from though

     

    theres alot of nurseries that grow heucheras a few that go to shows that ive seen before heres one they would probably do trade discount http://www.plantsforshade.co.uk/acatalog/Heuchera.html 

     

    you could also use the rhs plant finder to search for specific plants in your area that way you might find a local nursery

    Give Andria at Glebe a call - she's not too far from you. She is a grower and very helpful. Just had a quick look and although she doesn't have many varieties listed on the current stocklist, it may just be that they are not ready yet - she may have more coming through. Worth a try http://www.glebenursery.co.uk/

    You could also try Jason at Bressingham http://www.bressinghamgardens.com/ and see what he has.

    Have you also tried Hopleys in East Herts - they grow over 20 different varieties of Heucheras (all colours!) Have not used them so not sure what their wholesale prices are like.
