I think you need to know more via a site visit
Do you need to allow for more bark - you have less than 10% spare if you are laying it over 36m2
Is it supplied loose, jumbo bagged, or small bags?
How are you going to spread it, by hand, using wheel barrow etc
How dense are the weeds ?
State of soil - if dry and hard makes its harder, if damp makes it easlier?
Lawns - can you do them in one cut ?
Weedkiller - what are you planning to use & how much ?
Do you have PA1/Pa6 license to apply pesticide on a commercial basis
Do you need to dispose of green waste etc ?
I find breaking the job down to managable chunks helps
Then assign labour estimate materials and allow for mark up/profit.
Whatever you do - recdord it on paper and keep it. If you get the job update it with actual figuires. You 'll thehn get to now whether you are under/over estimating.
Hope that helps... ?
