65sq m doesn't seem very big Jay, leave it until the spring before treatment and scarifying. There may be underlying problems that may need attention as the year goes on.
625 sq.m - probably best to plan for March applications and treatments - moss treatment & scarifying for sure - probably some aeration. Spend the time before then working out what weeds you have, the type of soil underneath and how moisture retentive it is so you can get your ducks in a row. The more clay-ey the soil the more likely it is to grow moss - especially if compacted .....
