Hedge cutting, physical !!

Been using the 81t & the hl95 since Tuesday morning, finished at 4pm today Friday, physically wrecked, don't usually do 4 days on the trot hedge cutting, up and down ladders 6ft wide hedges 12ft high, usually 1 full day a week, fore arms were busing hands tingling at times, question is hedge cutting does it build you up ! As in muscle Or just wear you down ???

Me too, but it takes it's toll. The old tennis elbow started to come back today :-(

Hopefully the digging job this Saturday coming (in 28 degree heat) will let it recover!
