    Think the best option would be a trace heating type system unsure about a piped system though.Don't know what your typical running costs would be though. http://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=cr&ei=xbyHUpHuE8OW0AWJm4C4BQ#q=... is a system found when doing a search on Google, don't know how efficient it would be though!
