Health & Safety Policy

I wonder if any of you guys could advise or point me in the right direction. I am a sole trader and have built up a nice client base over the years as well as 3 contracts for grounds maintenance for blocks of flats, the latest contract was awarded to me a few months ago and now they are asking for my 'Health & Safety Policy' none of the other contracts I have had for a few years ever asked for this.

 

Does anyone know of a template I could use/edit that is appropriate for the gardening business. I have found a few online but not for gardening side of things so much of it is useless.

 

Thanks for any advice anyone can give.
