Hayter 41 pro

Hi, hope you are all enjoying the weather, the grass is now growing as fast as I can cut it!  Anyone had a problem with the rear roller on a hayter 41 pro? The height adjust works fine but it doesn't seem to lift correctly on the other side so the mower isn't sitting level. It's only just over a  year old and I use my own machines so I am careful not to crash them out of the van. I can't see anything obvious that's broken. I'll prob drop it in to the dealer, just wondered if there might be a common fault that's easily sorted.
