Actually the nurseries around me now offer sand and rocksalt which is annoying. I used to buy 20kg bags of salt and then bags of sand from wickes and mixed it up, found I got much better value. But now people have cottoned on, they'll sell mixtures themselves for the same price as a pure bag!
