Happy holidays everyone!

Well that's me packed up for Christmas. Had a lovely sunny last couple of days with nice jobs for nice people and some very generous gifts.A good way to end a challenging year which started well but was derailed with a vital staff member leaving in August. My remaining guy and I soldiered on without being able to take a day off since (apart from weekends) due to regular maintenance customers being oversubscribed but I've said goodbye to 15 or so this last few weeks some of which I've done for the full 12 years I've been trading. Sad but time for a new sleaker operation next year with less regular maintenence and more one off work allowing more flexibility for the 2 of us.I hope everyone has a great well earned break and look forward to swapping stories and advice with you in 2018.
