Not too local to Chiswick, I guess about 1/2 an hours drive in traffic.
There's the council tip in Harrow....... http://westlondonwaste.gov.uk/recycling-sites/harrow/ Takes trade waste with a minimum charge of £15 which more than covers a 7' x 5' 4' deep trailer jam-packed with compressed green waste.
I used to use the council tip in Richmond, near Mortlake cemetary, when I ran landscape jobs in that area. Don't know if they still allow trade waste.
Not the cheapest option, but travelling is a huge cost in London traffic so nearest might be best.
