I would be using mix of , 40% - Tufted hair grass 50% - Perennial rye grass 10% slending creeping red fescue grass. with a pre seeding fertiliser

45% Perennial ryegrass
15% Slender creeping red fescue
Sow at warmer soil temperatures (minimum 12°C) and allow minimum three months for establishment
combined shade and wear tolerance
Very good shoot density
Sowing rate 25-35g per m2
Mowing height: Down to about 12mm
