Best make we have found is the Bahco's (orange) - the pro range, however we still tweek the cutting blade with a hand diamond file occasionally as they will all blunt as you often 'cut' a little soil while edging. Never had this range 'fall apart'. They do side and top edging shears. Bright colour also means easy to find if put down ;-)
p.s. also found best place to buy is Amazon (and if you have "Prime" - its free next day delivery - no wasted time ;-)
+1 for the Bahco edging shears as well. Best ones I've had yet.
Bahco, P75, excellent piece of kit.
The last golf course i worked on had 80 sand bunkers!
All we ever used was Bahco's....
I have a set of them too, cheap, durable, nothing fancy, just lawn edging shears!
Are yours P75's then ?

We would use nothing else - they do the job, last well, don't bend, bright colour... with other makes not making the 'cut'...
