Grass cutting pricing

Good evening,

I am looking to get some help on how to price some very large areas of grass that I may get the opportunity to price for in the future.

Its on 3 large sites owned by the same company and there is approximately 14 acres of grass to cut between the 3 sites entailing a lot of strimming on one of the sites and lots of awkward small bits. The grass would also need to be collected on this area too. The other two sites are definitely more straightforward. No grass needs to be collected and it’s mostly just the ride on mower.

I think it’s every 2 weeks to be cut in mid summer but good thing is I’m very local to all sites.

Any advice on how to price this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
