Government set to improves tenancy rules to help home-based business start-ups

Potentially a positive step as the Government steps in help home-based business start-ups not fall foul of complex tenancy rules - see Press Release from the Dept of Local Government, via FSB

FSB commentary;

"New business friendly tenancy rules will open up entrepreneurship as an option to renters for the first time. One in five FSB members say tenancy clauses are a barrier to running a business from home, so it's good to see Government acting on this. We hope this will encourage potential entrepreneurs to take the leap and start a business."
