Hi Guys

Not Really been on for a while due to a number of reasons but hey i am back looking over again

After a Recent Conversation with guy speaking about general business ideas  he  recommended i had a look into doing a Google Ad word Campaign  as he did one for his business when he started and said it was a huge success for him and his business

Just wanted people views and thoughts on that if they d recommend it  (as i believe your able to set budget per day )

secondly -

After having a Hayter harrier 48 loaned to us of a rather wealthy friend of my business partner for the last 2 seasons due to our mower not Cutting to great in terms of limited to how high we could set the height of cut too which was ok using from end of November to xmas,

I have now had the luxury of been Given A Hayter harrier 48 pro mower 09 model from a mate who owned a driving range which his lease is up so basically getting shut off everything he could and offered me the mower for Free  so was out his way which is a huge bonus for us Just require a Clean and a service really  and prob gonna replace the blade on it too!

and also picking up a 2nd hand viking mb454 vm Mower in first week of feb also

So Leads me to ask  What people would recommend in the form of just a basic relatively Cheap 4 wheel mower for when we come across  the Longer rough Grasses!

Looked on Mowdirect  at a couple  just would like peoples views Please!!

I'd go with one of the push Honda izys.
They are bomb proof and you get get a new for £350 or so.

I've had one for 6 years now it's comes out at least once every week for small and awkward gardens.
It's only ever had oil air filter and plug changes and still starts first pull.
In some respects it's the best mower I've got!!
  • Phil... we use the Izy, leaves a great finish and can cut grass all day long ,however, if you're gonna be cutting small lawns and stopping/starting, don't get one with the easy start system, they are a right royal pain in the @rse.. The engine needs to be warmed through, if it's not, the auto choke system can be a ball ache!

I seem to remember a thread about the Hyundai mowers. Not expensive and may be worth a punt?
