    It appears that Marcus the Gardener has disapeared from LJN. Cant see the post he started or find him in search, or am I missing it ??.

    Well done Marcus...... a very commendable attitude to a ridiculous situation. I suspect Marcus the Gardener will not be heard of again on here. One good thing that has come out of this is that you don't need to worry about spelling "gardener" correctly any more lol

    I feel there was a lot to learn for everyone about how to approach business issues and the legalities of setting up business names etc from that post.

    It really should have not got that far on a public forum, in that a couple of simple phone calls could have resolved it amicably. However advice was ignored and it is a shame Marcus S has gone.

    Personally, I would like to see both Marcus shake hands and agree they have learnt from it and continue to participate and share experiences.
