    Google public contracts Scotland register and you can see every tender open. Also contact your local councils buying dept most have schemes to help smaller local companies get small contracts which offer don't go to tender but are just signed off.

    Be very carful with public contracts as they are always on very low margins. So my advice is don't get involved unless you are absolutely about your figures, and know that your going to be able to make a profit.
