Garden Design Software

I was wondering if anyone has any opinions about garden design software?  Good ones to go for?  Bad ones to avoid?  I am currently drawing freehand but would like to computerise the designs and hope that will make things easier.

I have done quite a bit of research, including searching this forum, but have yet to find a balance view on any software!

Thanks in advance.
