Looks a mess but there’s order!
a table behind the bulkhead that the mowers roll under- on the table is drills, angle grinder, tools etc.
Min the right is racking for hedge trimmers, blower, chainsaws. On the left hanging is spades etc.
A rack 8’’ from the roof holds rakes, brooms, hoes.
Theres a box with hand tools and the strimmer goes in also.
Theres a lot more gear in there also and it works perfectly:)
Very nice - I'm looking to replicate what you have on the right, but on the left. I'm thinking about a box further towards the back of the van for the mower (with handles down) so that I have some storage towards the bulk head infront of the mower.
Does green waste just go in the empty void that is left?
That’s only a swb, but if yours is long then room in front of the mower is a good idea, access through the side door to tools and mowers straight out the back without moving other stuff out the way is good.
Re. Waste, I can fit a couple of bulk bags in there ( and that’s with some black bins and the strimmer) but I’ve also got a trailer when there’s loads of stuff.
That’s the rub. Ours is the new 2019 double cab. The side door access is just for rear seats. Just working it all out to see how it will best work. At the moment I keep the mower to one side and the long tools to the other. Then bill bags of waste go on the opposite side to the mower with the long tools on top.
Want to configure it so that I have less moving of things when I need something ;)
