Football pitch mowing

I have been asked by our local college (who we already do work for) to give them a price for mowing their 4 football pitches that have recently stopped being used by a local youth team who used to maintain them.  They have suggested fortnightly to keep them from getting out of hand until they are in constant use again.  This may be weeks or months, they do not know.

I am meeting the guy there next week and have no idea whatsover how long it will take and what to charge.  We don't have any big mowing kit, so I would have to hire or buy (2nd hand).

 

Can anyone give me any pointers on how to approach this please?

    it will depend on the speck of the cutting that they want, cut and drop or collect and rubbish away defentley a ride on (nice to have a cab on for the rain) transport to and from site secure storage plus fuel also if there is any strimming work to do. 

    if it was council it would be don with a tractor gang mowers in 1-2 hrs a out front ride (4 ft) it will take 4-5 hours plus strimming that is the best i can do but others may know better
