This weather is hard on any gardener/landscaper; and in fact anyone with an outdoor job! I bet there are a lot of frustrated people on here just wanting to get on with it! But, the weather will improve and hopefully you soon you will be rushed off your feet.
I know it's no help to you now but the most important advice over the Spring/Summer/Autumn is to try and get some 'winter fund' in the bank to cover weather like this.
Chin up; sun will soon be shining! The windy weather will have destroyed a few fences too! I'm presuming by your profile picture that you offer fencing? If you've got flyers and you see fences that are looking in need of some TLC pop a flyer through the householders door. Nothing ventured; nothing gained.
