finding staff

how hard is it to find a decent skilled worker, i am looking for a new bloke (or lady) that can drive mt transit tipper, lay slabs to my speed and my quality of workmanship, brick work, block paving, fencing and all other hard landscaping jobs, only thing i dont do is tarmac laying, most of my work is in andover area but cover all of hampshire, i have been looking for someone for close to a month now, but can not find anyone that actually want to do a decent days work, total nightmare with work booked up until april 2018 and just me and my labourer

    I doubt you will find someone like that as they are very likely working for themselves!
    Unless you try a bonus system you won’t find staff in any particular hurry. You should find quality if you pay the right amount though
