Fieldmotion Ltd

Anybody using this software to run their business? I'm considering it as an alternative to Jobber. The pricing seems similar and has intergration with QuickBooks. We are mainly grounds maintenance and mowing so would be grateful for any advice from others using this in that line of work.

    Hi Steve

I am just trawling the forum trying to find any chats about management software and would be interested to know how you are getting on. I currently use Sage for accounts and a holiday booking app but everything else is done here in the office the old fashioned way. I have been looking at WorkForce, FieldMotion and GeoOp for managing the teams. I would be grateful for any advice or tips you have! We are also gardens and grounds maintenance rather than landscaping generally.

    Many thanks

    Hi Steve

We used Fieldmotion for just over a year and generally it worked ok but came away from it for a couple of reasons, firstly my employees mobile phone data was being drained each month especially if their uploading photos also the cost is £25 per user per month and your tied in for 24 months and lastly is was more work for me as the administrator entering the guys work schedule for the following days work although this can be done for a designated period but as you know in grounds maintenance work schedules can change last minute.

Now we have got back to paper schedule and using WhatsApp for photos.
