I'm looking for an additional van and I'm normally sceptical of such review sites as they can attract just the negative 'crowd', but there does seem to be an overwhelming sense that Fiat provide poor customer service.

Every make/vans have problems but its often down to how good/accomdating the garage/customer service are at dealing with it.

The overall oppionion seems to be avoid - but if anyone does have one be interested to hear their experience first hand via LJN.

If you look at their 'How does it compare?' ratings for all other vans - you would not buy any major make - Merc, Ford Vauxhall/Renault, even VW - hence my concern....

In the meantime, I perhaps I know why the dealer was offering a good deal....!
