Felco or Bahco Loppers?

Hi everyone, I hope you are all nice and busy with spring well on its way

My question is that I am looking at Felco no.22 and Bahco P1980 loppers and cant decide between them.

I'm sure there will be plenty of praise for the Felco's but maybe not their price tag!

I don't know the model but I have Bahco hedging shears and am very impressed with them so would be interested if anyone has the p1980 Loppers and what they think of them?

Best price I can find for the Felco is about £125 and around £90 for the Bahco

I look forward to hearing anyone's views.

    have a look for amtech pro loppers, there the best iv ever had and i think about £50. Make sure they have the silver handles.

    Amazing I have an anvil pair of them which has lasted me 3 1/2 years and I have always been really impressed with them (they have been abused for days at a time, lost a couple of times and left outside for a week or 2 and still cut okishly but the ratchet is on its way out)

    I wanted to buy another pair but couldn't workout who they were made by or what model they are as they were given to me by a friend.

    The link you put up for Amazon they are £25 are these the ones you recommend as you say £50 above?
