Etesia pbts weak drive

Morning guys and gal's, I've just bought a second hand etesia pbts, I just needed something cheap to see me through the autumn. Very pleased with it, but seems to have a very weak drive. I'm assuming (hoping) a new drive belt will sort this, is there anything else I ought to be looking at? Thanks.
