Good luck getting parts from Etesia...
I was assured on their open day which was organised through LJN over 10 years ago that they kept parts for every machine, both new and discontinued on their shelf in the UK.
I've been waiting 6 plus weeks for a clutch for our Hydro80 (and told by head office that it is a current model) just to be told that Etesia have lost 3 pallets and it will be another 5 weeks.... when I complained to their head office I was told to do one and take it on the chin.
We have a small fleet of Etesia pedestrian mowers too which we are also struggling to get parts for. They are a premium mower and I'm getting a shoddy service.
I hope someone at Etesia UK takes note of this as it is putting me off their brand. Their mowers are brilliant, but completely useless if we cannot get parts for them...
